Angela has over 20 years of experience leading operations in diverse industries, including health care analytics and human capital management. She is an expert operational leader, specifically in business process design, technology-enabled implementation and service delivery.
As a COO, Angela drives client-focused continuous improvements and builds flexible delivery models to meet client needs. She also leads the Financial Crimes Compliance Risk team, delivering anti-money laundering and cryptocurrency services.
Angela joined Kroll in 2015 as the global operations leader for the Identity Theft and Data Breach Notification practice for the Cyber Risk business. She has also served as a director on the Kroll Finance team.
Angela holds a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is also a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt.
