Brent joined Kroll as part of the firm’s acquisition of Prime Clerk in 2019 and most recently led strategy and growth for Kroll Business Services. Prior to that, Brent was Chief Strategy Officer at Prime Clerk, where he led the development, execution and implementation of growth strategies.
Before joining Prime Clerk, Brent was a Principal at Centerview Partners, a leading investment banking and advisory firm. Brent began his career as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he focused on M&A and securities transactions and subsequently worked at Latham & Watkins LLP as an Associate focused on M&A.
Brent holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
