Prior to joining Kroll, David was the finance director at a venture capital-backed Fast Track 100 company. Earlier in his career, he undertook an 18-month secondment in a restructuring team at a global bank, where he helped restructure companies during the financial crisis.
David has worked on numerous assignments for management teams, banks, asset-based lenders, private equity and key financial stakeholders implementing turnaround solvent restructuring strategies to preserve value.
David is a qualified accountant and holds the CPI qualification.
