Devin Kennealy is a director in the M&A Advisory practice, based in Toronto. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate advisory and capital markets, and has worked closely with both public and private companies, private equity sponsors and institutional investors to execute M&A and financing strategies across several sectors including food and beverage, consumer products and retail, industrials and technology. Devin has deep expertise advising clients on corporate finance transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A, divestitures and corporate carve-outs, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations, strategic reviews and fairness opinions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Devin spent several years at Eight Capital, a Canadian full-service boutique investment bank, providing capital raising and M&A advisory services to corporate clients. Before Eight Capital, Devin spent considerable time in equity research at Macquarie Group Limited, the global investment bank, covering diversified industries. In addition, he worked in a senior corporate development and M&A role for a financial sponsor-backed food producer in the natural and organic space.

Devin received his Master's in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Economics with honors from Queen’s University. Devin holds the FINRA Series 79 license.
