She is responsible for the evaluation of operational risks of private equity funds, venture capital funds, crypto funds, real estate funds, hedge funds and fund of funds. She has extensive experience in building out operational due diligence processes (ODD) and conducting ODD reviews. Additionally, Elizabeth has experience in allocating to alternative investment funds and in conducting investment due diligence.
Prior to joining Kroll, Elizabeth was Managing Member of Mangrove Consulting, where she worked with institutional clients to design investment and operational due diligence frameworks and to conduct operational due diligence of alternative funds on behalf of institutional investors. In this role, she also performed investment due diligence on hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate and crypto related funds. Previously, she has also served as a vice president on the Operational Due Diligence team at Citibank Private Bank, where she focused on private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
In her previous roles, Elizabeth has held managing director positions at Macquarie Capital Markets in their Fund of Funds group, where she conducted investment due diligence as an allocator, and at Point72 (formerly SAC Capital), where she oversaw the operational due diligence infrastructure for external investments. Additionally, she has worked as a senior analyst/vice president at Merrill Lynch Investment Management – Alternative Strategies, where she evaluated fund managers for inclusion in the firm’s fund of hedge funds program. Elizabeth began her career in equity advisory with Citibank International Private Bank.
Elizabeth holds an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Binghamton University.
