Igor has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries including automotive, pharmaceutical products, chemical products, electronics, financial services and information technology. He has advised taxpayers on all aspects of transfer pricing, including planning, documentation and controversy. One of his major assets is his extensive experience advising multinational corporations on aligning Brazilian transfer pricing requirements with the internationally accepted principles established by the OECD.
Since 2010, Igor has been involved in supply chain and value chain restructuring projects. He has assisted numerous clients achieve the proper allocation of income to Brazilian entities, taking into consideration the impacts on withholding tax and multiple indirect taxes in Brazil.
Prior to joining Kroll, Igor served as the head of transfer pricing at a tax technology and business consulting company.
Igor received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and a holds an LL.M in law and economics from the Fundação Getulio Vargas. He is a registered attorney with the Brazilian Bar Association.
