Partha brings almost 25 years of experience of running large-scale, multi-geographical operations in the financial services, insurance and telecom sectors across India, Philippines and North America. He has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services space. The data operations team Partha leads partners with Kroll’s business units and data and technology teams to provide research-based data services for internal and external clients and is a key component of Kroll’s overall data strategy.
Prior to Kroll, Partha was the vice president and global head for Refinitiv leading financial content operations teams of over 1,000 professionals across 20+ international locations around the world. Previously, at Thomson Reuters, he has served as the vice president and global head for transformation and operational excellence leading large-scale initiatives within tax and accounting and legal data operations across the company’s Global Capability Centers (GCCs) spanning nearly 12,000 professionals.
Partha is an industry expert in building GCCs in India and APAC. He was one of the founding directors for FactSet India and the head of global financial content operations for FactSet for close to a decade. During his tenure there, he managed a globally diverse financial research and data delivery team of nearly 3,000 employees spread across Hyderabad and Chennai in India and the Philippines. As the site director, he set up and fortified all functions integral to GCC building and growth such as strategic planning, business transformation, location strategy, workforce planning, etc. At Bell Canada, as Country Prime, Partha set up a shared service and outsourced vendor delivery ecosystem of close to 3,500 employees and seven to eight best-of-breed vendor organizations across multiple locations in India and the Philippines.
In addition to operations, Partha also has expertise in business development, vendor management, client management, process excellence, business transformation and project management. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani and has a degree in management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He is additionally certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and is the recipient of the prestigious GE Americas Award.
